Maria has over ten years of experience working as a management consultant and change agent. Maria’s expertise lies within process and organizational development as well as the business culture and leadership fields. She has experience from both private and public sector, as well as large scale international projects.
She has a background within LEAN, operations management and process development and has worked as a ”kaizen coach”. Within her projects, focus is often to create balance between efficient and aligned processes – and the well-being of the people working in the processes.
She is a highly appreciated facilitator and has the ability to facilitate dialogue in both smaller, more intimate groups as well as large groups on all levels in an organisation. Maria can easily establish connection and works to create safe spaces to enable people to fully contribute to the change process. She balances both an analytical, problem solving skillset with empathic and pedagogical skills.
She has a Master in engineering and is certified in the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) toolbox.
