Who we’re looking for
We are always on the look-out for new, intelligent, committed and skilful people to strengthen our team. We seek people with an analytical and reflective approach but who at the same time have the drive and commitment to contribute to developments both with our customers and internally at Vergenta. You should have experience of developing organisations and supporting decision-makers at various levels. You should preferably have a background in consulting and/or relevant line- manager work.
We value the ability to manage and explain complex issues in a concrete, understandable way. In the role of consultant with us, you are expected to take great responsibility for not only your own work but for the clients you work with and your own development, all of which adds up to placing high demands on independence and personal drive.
